1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MyBook ERP concerning your access to and use of the platform at mybook.ie.

2. Description of Service

MyBook ERP provides a cloud-based ERP platform for accounting, inventory, CRM, HR, POS, project management, manufacturing, and related business functions on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Plans: Starter (€29/month), Professional (€79/month), and Enterprise (€199/month). We offer a 14-day free trial. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You retain all rights to your data and grant us a limited license to process it for providing services.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support levels vary by plan.

7. Termination

You may cancel anytime. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data before permanent deletion.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Dublin, Ireland.
